Estate Legal Services is a boutique law firm offering D.C. metropolitan level service to the surrounding communities of Maryland and Virginia.  Our name says it all- we excel because we are focused on the intricacies of wealth management and estate planning.   Our founder, Brian A. Williamson, Esq., is passionate about helping people from all backgrounds efficiently manage the things they’ve worked hard for.

With deep family ties to Virginia, and being raised in Western Maryland, Brian knew that he would put down roots in the mid-atlantic region.  He is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech where he studied Political Science and Business Leadership.   Following his time in Blacksburg Virginia, Brian attended Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh.   Brian is barred by both the State of Maryland, as well as the Commonwealth of Virginia and is presently seeking admission to the Washington, DC bar.  His diverse career involving nonprofit service, small business start up, financial advising and legacy planning makes him the “go-to” advisor for his clients.

Aside from contemplating efficient asset management, Brian is an outdoor enthusiast.  You’ll often find him enjoying hikes on the Appalachian Trail, canoe trips down local waterways, and powder days on the ski slopes.  He often helps out with area youth soccer teams and is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek where he has been name a Paul Harris Fellow.
